*JC Quilici is one of the most celebrated contemporary French painters. A protege of Pierre Ambrogiani, Jean-Claude has exhibited his work around the world, and in 2005 was honored by the Prime Minster of France with the 'Legion d'honneur' for his contribution to French arts.
This is Patterson Hood, singer, songwriter, and founding member of the southern rock group The Drive by Truckers - with his Neil Myers panting "Dried Tree, West Texas". Patterson and his bandmates have created one of the most original sounds in modern music. Be sure to check out their latest release "Brighter than Creation's Dark" on New West Records, as well one of the best CD's I've ever heard, "The Dirty South" recorded in 2004.

I am most drawn and inspired to the playful interpretation of colors and the state of reverie that Neil's paintings throw the viewer into. His paintings evoke a sense of freedom and bliss, all woven into his contemporary flare of capturing the West.
